My name is Lauren R Montz. I am a Yogini certified to teach Yoga to heal the chakras as well as teach KundaDance by Maya Fiennes. I live in the New Orleans area in Louisiana. I love my intuitive connection and all things spiritual! My favorite thing in the whole wide world is retreating into the wilderness once a month to camp solo and meet the wildlife that I get to encounter on my hikes. I love going on adventures, getting out of my comfort zone to experience the unknown, I enjoy meditating, Yoga, reading fiction and spending quality time with my husband and our daughter. And I love my new best friend, a sweet and spunky little poodle named Jingles!
