Wisdom of the Heart

“Stillness is the doorway to all that is within you. When you go within you will find all your own answers. There is no one outside of you who can tell you better than you can what is right for you. How to change your life, and what needs to be adjusted within oneself, the master within you knows!” ~Christine Breese

Wisdom of the Heart Church is the 501(c)(3) nonprofit religious organization that operates the University of Metaphysical Sciences (UMS).

At the heart of our philosophy is a belief in tolerance, compassion, and acceptance of all spiritual paths. We recognize the underlying unity of spiritual teachings and the common spiritual origins of all beings.

Wisdom of the Heart encourages each person to explore their own spiritual understanding through self-inquiry, self-reflection, meditation, and stillness.

As we deepen our presence and awareness, we open ourselves to greater understanding, growth, and spiritual transformation.

Wisdom of the Heart supports spiritual growth and personal transformation through the degree programs offered by the University of Metaphysical Sciences (UMS), as well as other educational and charitable activities.

Wisdom of the Heart Believes:

  • We are not separate from God, we are God experiencing life.

  • Present-moment awareness is how we experience God.

  • Present-moment awareness is experienced through a still, clear, and open mind.

  • We are co-creators of our collective experience.

  • Our experience of reality is subjective and based on perception.

  • Our perceptions are shaped by our beliefs, thoughts and emotions.

  • Our beliefs, thoughts and emotions are influenced by the past.

  • Present-moment awareness is the key to experiencing Heaven here and now.

  • There is no past, present, future; there is only infinite awareness.

  • We all have free will to perceive and experience any reality we focus on.

  • We are infinite.

Creating a Ripple Effect

Through the University of Metaphysical Sciences, Wisdom of the Heart shares metaphysical teachings with students around the world, supporting spiritual growth, expanded consciousness, and the integration of spirituality into their personal and professional lives.

As UMS students and graduates bring what they’ve learned into their communities, they have the opportunity to touch the lives of others, creating a ripple effect of compassion, awareness, and spiritual growth.

Our scholarship fund helps extend this opportunity to students who might otherwise be unable to begin their studies.

If you feel moved to help students who wish to attend the University of Metaphysical Sciences, your contribution to our scholarship fund can make a meaningful difference in someone’s educational and spiritual journey. Donations are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law.

To help us share this opportunity, you can donate through PayPal, give us a call, or mail a check or money order to:
