Master of Metaphysical Sciences, M.Sc.

I was raised in a working class family in the West of Scotland. There was a good work ethic in my family yet no direct influence of self development or spiritual openness. My father passed away in his early 50’s, a victim of an unhealthy lifestyle and unmanaged stress.

My own life path was significantly altered when, aged 19 yrs of age I had a conversion experience into the Christian faith. This led to changes in my own lifestyle and attitude over time along with the desire to serve the needs of others in practical ways. I was the first in my family to go back into full time education, gaining my degree in Occupational Therapy, a career which shared my values and desire to promote holistic health. My physical path led to marriage, fatherhood and divorce after 21yrs, while my spiritual path saw me having Christian teaching and membership ranging from closed brethren to pentecostal with a fairly consistent dissatisfaction at the fellowship and social elements within this.

I lost my way spiritually for some years before having my spiritual needs rekindled through experiences with nature, Shamanic, Buddhist and Hindu teaching all of which effectively burned up my original judgments on those dedicated spiritual paths. I consider myself to be an expanded Christian now therefore and promote cohesive, development based on self-love and acceptance alongside openness and tolerance of others. This is best found through education and the seeking of experiential learning, which is then integrated into whole person holistic growth and wellness.
