Originally from Sand Mtn. Alabama, I moved to and made my home in The Shoals Area, Alabama from 1979-2016 when my daughter and I relocated to Tupelo, MS.
I am a Metaphysician focusing on Biofield Energy Practices. I was trained as a Laughter Yoga Leader by Dr. Kataria's School of Laughter Yoga, and offer Laughter Yoga classes and Laughter Healing Workshops.
As a Reiki Master Teacher I offer Reiki sessions and Reiki Training. The Vibrational fields and frequencies are my passion; I offer classes and workshops on Vibrational Energies and aligning with Frequencies, as well as Manifesting Life Positively.
