Minister Marla A. Smith holds an Associate in Computer Information Systems, Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Bachelor of Metaphysical Sciences and a Master’s of Divinity (both from UMS).
Marla is an enriched traditional, but humbled spiritual practitioner that has been blessed with her gifts since she was a child. She is currently pursuing the Doctorate of Divinity in Spiritual Counseling from UMS and plans on pursuing a Master of Science in Psychology, and a Master of Arts in Religious Studies. Her goal is to use her education, spiritual gifts, and life experiences to assist others with self-care, trauma, and removal of obstacles to disrupt all sediments of self-demise and any remaining pieces of guilt - spiritual and mental behaviors, emotional problems, and learning strategies. She uniquely believes her purpose is to serve and support others with finding that feeling of being spiritually balanced and unashamed to authentically but humbly be themselves. The ultimate journey to self-discovery is to first love one’s self.
