Josmar is a Metaphysician, Investor, Business Growth Advisor, Author, and large-scale Event Producer.
Josmar began his professional career as an architectural designer and construction manager. After successfully doubling the size of the design firm he worked for, Josmar took on other projects outside of the architectural & construction industry. After 5 successful years in serving start-ups and working within the non-profit sector, he noticed a disturbing pattern emerge. He realized that an overwhelming majority of his co-workers, managers, partners and client’s employees had a challenging time adapting to changes, lacked energy, and were overwhelmed with stress in their business and lifestyle.
That inspired Josmar to embark on a journey of professional training in metaphysical sciences, energy psychology, psychological kinesiology, transpersonal counseling, transformational leadership, emotional intelligence, stress management, subconscious habit change, general health and nutrition, and leadership coaching in 2016 --which has allowed him to lead others in a way that feels supernatural.
Josmar now focuses on assisting founders in getting unstuck, mentally and emotionally so they can build their communities and businesses from an elevated level of consciousness and self-awareness.
