Rev. Giovanna Vannall, MDiv. is the founder and Director of the Center for Holistic Awareness & Study (CHAS), created in 2007, a chartered 501c3 organization under the Organizational Umbrella of Ascension Alliance College and Church. As the Director of CHAS, she has created and taught many workshops for spiritual awareness and enlightenment. She served the Baltimore community for seven years, working with a drug rehabilitation facility providing spiritual development workshops for court-ordered residents. Rev. Giovanna believes that spiritual development study helps individuals to awaken to their spirituality and life purpose and come together as members of humanity to benefit and serve in their communities. She recently retired from hospice Chaplaincy, where she worked for over seventeen years, and was certified in the "Essentials of Palliative Care."
