Elizabeth Crooks is a freelance writer, author and Light Worker sharing her knowledge of consciousness and the ascension process, with emphasis on mindfulness and living from the heart. She has earned a Bachelor of Metaphysical Sciences degree (B.MSc.), and is a certified Reiki Master with years of energy work experience.
