I have had a life long curiosity about the universe and our place in it. Initially this curiosity led me to study the physical sciences concentrating on Biology. I spent most of my working life in health care, starting in nursing and eventually getting a degree in Osteopathic Medicine. With continued study and research l began to understand there is more to our existence than the physical realm. This began my studies in area metaphysical science. I am excited to have completed my PhD and plan to continue to study and learn. I am considering a variety of formats to share my knowledge and help other.
Rev. Christylin Marie Desmettre Ph.D., D.D. RMT, has graduated with Philosopher of Holistic Life Coaching, Ph.D. She is a Reverend and High Priestess spiritual advisor. As a Reiki Master/Teacher, she is fascinated by the many aspects of energy, nature, and holistic healing; and she vows to be a lifetime student studying them. Her main interest is alternative healing modalities and making a positive change in the world, while celebrating her spiritual journey. She will use her knowledge to make a positive change in communities and globally, by being an alternative holistic healing, health, and well-being practitioner, writing articles, books, informational videos, and leading seminars to help others through their own journey.

Cora Corcoran lives in Ireland and, having very much enjoyed the course, is delighted to have obtained the Bachelor of Metaphysical Sciences Degree from UMS. Although she currently spends most of her time working in the Business world, she devotes a lot of time to the sharing of healing techniques which support the well-being of others. These include Rebirthing Breath Work, Relaxation Techniques, Meditations and Individually-tailored Visualizations. Cora intends to develop further her Healing Practice and be more available in this field by the end of her course. Her Special Interests include all things Spiritual, People, Reading, Walking, Cycling, Tai Chi and Dance as well as Writing and Poetry.
For the past two years or so my healing work with Clients include the "Havening Techniques" which I have found to be the most powerful, effective and user-friendly methods of healing trauma ever. These techniques turbo-charges the entire healing process and it is so wonderful to see people leaving the room with smiles on their faces and a "pep" in their step, whilst wondering what the heck happened to the old 'story' that they were so deeply attached to since as long as they can remember!. It is now completely gone...and all in the space of just one healing session. New adventures await for all!
Corinne's passion is the extraterrestrial realms of angels and ascended beings who are helping us in this realm. She lives on the Big Island of Hawaii and is in the process of developing metaphysical classes to teach at her home. There is a book brewing regarding living on the fiery island and having the lava be a reflection of destruction and renewal.

Crystal Newhope is very much aware of the challenges facing Empaths and HSP’s when it comes to integrating and overcoming negative energies and the misconceptions of society; being a Highly Intuitive Sensitive Empath herself.
Crystal’s sacred task is to help facilitate the Energy and Emotionally Sensitive Person ability to embrace their unique characteristics and traits in order to find a sense of balance. My studies at UMS have helped me to achieve so many goals and prompted many more that are expanding my business endeavors so that my partners and I can be of service to people and animals outside our regular client base. Debra Ann Morgan has been of service to others as a dental hygienist for forty years. Working one-on-one with her patients she acquired the tools of empathetic observer and mindful listener. With her certification as a Reiki Master, Certified Nursing Assistant, and Doctor of Divinity she focuses her passion towards transformational and transitional spiritual guidance. Her definitive work will be to assist those who are passing over into their soul awareness with end of life care and support. She volunteers at a local teaching hospital for those patients who might die alone. Love will be her finest instrument to assist them to forgive themselves and others, so as to find the sweetness of freedom in moving forward.

Most of my income producing years have been spent in the business world. During that time, I also raised two sons and acquired a large extended family. During a crisis time in my life, a therapist asked me if I was "spiritual." My response was that I did not participate in any organized religion, to which she replied, spirituality and religion do not necessarily mean the same. This moment encouraged me to investigate my own personal spiritual role in this complex world.
I had already earned a Masters in Social Science Research from CSU, Chico CA, so when I was inquiring about the program at UMS, I knew full well the amount of study and writing that would be required to obtain a PhD. Every bit of the reading and writing enriched my spiritual world and led me to a fuller appreciation of all that is true Spirit. I will continue to quietly interact with this physical world to make my contribution of positivity and grace felt by all that is around me. I have no great dream of being recognized for this effort, but shall delight in this adventure of a spiritual being having a human experience and I shall be forever grateful.
