I am the former owner of Complete Bliss a business dedicated to health and wellness education. I now focus these efforts solely on my virtual franchise business with Juice Plus+. I work with my customers to educate them on health and wellness and the importance of diet. I have taken my training from UMS in the way of Holistic Life Coaching and translated this into my work with students. I have been an adjunct faculty member for Wichita Area Technical College for six years now. I continue to teach in addition to my new position within the Workforce Education & Development Department under the Strategic Innovations Division. As Assistant Director, Employer Relations I act as a liaison between the business and industry human resources network and WATC to secure Guaranteed Interview Agreements with local/regional business and industry in aviation, manufacturing, health science, and IT programs. My goal is to develop employer partner relationships that support an effective approach for educating students in the areas of job acquisition and retention. Three questions to ask before action: 1. Is is good for our students? 2. Is it good for our institution? 3. Is it good for the community? If yes, then we move full steam ahead!
