Doctor of Divinity in Metaphysics, D.Div.

Before earning the Bachelor's and Master's in Metaphysical Sciences and Doctor of Divinity from the University of Metaphysical Sciences (UMS), Edgar Cambaza had a BSc in Biology, a Master's in Food Science and Business Administration, and a Doctorate in Bio-systems Sustainability, which confers him a wide range of academic expertise. He started as a lecturer in Mozambique's oldest university (Eduardo Mondlane) for 12 years, and then moved to ISCED Open University (UnISCED), as Dean of the Faculty of Health Sciences (for five years) and now he is the Director of Research and Extension.

Among his approximately 120 publications there is "A manifesto for ecological healing: valuing traditional knowledge in Mozambique" directly related to his research for the UMS doctoral dissertation, and his epic "Gaia" [in Portuguese], the mythological origin of Mozambique, which inspired the Master's creative work.
