My name is Deborah Tesoriero. I'm a Hot Yoga teacher, Bikram backround, with my own studio in Oswego, NY. I have been practicing yoga for about 15 yrs and teaching for 11 yrs. I love what I do! I teach private classes and group classes. Private classes are modified due to injuries or physical limitations which include pregnancy yoga, children's yoga and chair yoga.
I'm also an Usui Reiki Master, IET Master, Second Degree Angelic Reiki, and Holy Fire Reiki. I also do Reiki as a volunteer for Hospice. Our soul purpose on earth is to help one another. Love and light to all
