Dr. Morris is a founding member of the Coven of the Appalachian Mountains, the first coven to be formally recognized as a denominational religious organization in the Commonwealth of Virginia. In 2022, the organization received both state-level recognition and federal designation as a 501(c)(3) religious nonprofit.
She currently serves as High Priestess and President of the Coven, where she provides spiritual leadership, organizational direction, and guidance to its members and the broader community. Through her work, Dr. Morris has helped establish a structured, legally recognized spiritual framework that bridges traditional practice with modern religious organization.
Her mission is to cultivate a safe, inclusive, and intellectually grounded environment for individuals of all faiths and spiritual paths. She is committed to fostering respectful dialogue, advancing religious understanding, and advocating for equity and recognition across diverse spiritual communities.
In addition to her leadership, Dr. Morris actively engages in humanitarian and outreach efforts, including work in Africa supporting education initiatives for young girls, as well as community-based efforts assisting individuals experiencing homelessness. These efforts reflect her commitment to service, compassion, and the practical application of spiritual principles.
