Alexis has over a decade of dedicated experience in various metaphysical disciplines, including being a practitioner of aura chakra healing, advanced crystal healing, womb healing/infertility, reiki, coupled with a Bachelor and Master of Metaphysical Sciences and a Ph.D. of Metaphysical Counseling. In addition she holds a BA of Psychology and Chemical Dependency, and used this degree to assist recovering addicts in transitioning back into society through meditation practices and reading/ writing along with working in a children's home with at-risk youth.
Alexis attributes her profound spiritual foundation to the guidance and wisdom of her mother and the shamans she has been fortunate to encounter since the tender age of nine. Growing up in a Buddhist household, she was imbued with the essential disciplines and values necessary for navigating the complexities of life. This nurturing environment not only fostered her personal growth but also ignited a deep-seated passion for the metaphysical sciences.
